Summer (Day 7)

Yesterday was another day that started out great and slowly became awful…

I didn’t have breakfast, drank 3 cups of water and went to class, got out of class and went to the gym…ran 2 miles, walked 1, did the butt kicker and burned 405cals.

I came home and made a healthy lunch! 2 large strawberries (18cals) with half a portion of chiobani (60cals), 2oz of tuscan pane wheat bread (130cals) with I can’t believe it’s not butter (150cals) and a glass of vanilla almond milk (90cals). But then my mom made me a chicken salad finger sandwich, I had low fat oreo frozen yogurt, another piece of toast, two slices of deli turkey with yellow mustard, and special k with vanilla almond milk…ew ;(

Summer (Day 5 and 6)

Day’s 5 and 6 were awful. I didn’t go to the gym and ate a bunch of food I shouldn’t have! Tomorrow will be better.

Summer (Day 4)

Today was gross! First off I didn’t fall asleep until 6:30am then woke up at noon to go to the beach, I ate a few baby carrots and some special K chips which was only about 110cals, which isn’t bad. But then Alana and I went out to eat and split a spinach and artichoke dip with bread, then I had half a burger with onion rings on it and cheese and BBQ sauce, I also ate a few french fries AND THEN had 5oz of oreo froyo! I want to die it was sooo gross. Then I went to the gym and was so lazy…ran 1 mile at 7.0mph, ran 1 mile at 8.0mph, walked 1 mile at 3.5mph, walked 1 and 1/2 miles on the elliptical, and then did 4 and 1/2 miles on the bike…only burning around 527cals. That’s a good amount burned but not after what I ate today!! Ew. Anyways, classes start tomorrow for my summer session…less than thrilled to say the least!

Summer (Day 3)

Sooo today again was good and bad…I had two english muffins, one with cream cheese and one with butter, a large ice coffee from DD with black coacoa cream, and a hot dog with ketchup and yellow mustard all while I was with my family and only ate while everyone else was eating…I ate way too much. But I made time for the gym! I did the elliptical for an hour and burned 528cals and ran 1 mile at 7.0mph and walked 1/2 a mile at 3.5mph and burned another 150cals. That’t the most cals I’ve burned so far! But then I went to go see my friends and there was tons of food there so I ate two chicken tips and some little spinach-filo tapas. Now I feel full and fat :( another plus of the day was that I’ve drank about 12 cups of water (96oz)!

Summer (Day 2)

So again…yesterday started out amazing…went to the gym, ran 2 miles (1 at 7.0mph and 1 at 8.0mph), walked 1 mile (1/2 at 3.5mph and 1/2 at 4.0mph) then did the elliptical for 1.5 miles…burned about 456cals :) then I came home and had 2 and 1/2 slices of deli turkey with yellow mustard which is less then 100cals but that’s what I recorded it as. Then I went to work and ate a small bag of lay’s potato chips, 160cals, and had a coffee with 2 sugars. When I got home I had 2 english muffins, both with I can’t believe it’s not butter…420 cals :( I’m really bummed I ate the english muffins but there’s nothing I can do about it now. Today is my sisters graduation and we’re going to breakfast and dinner as a family so it will be hard not to eat…hopefully I don’t eat too much. I also don’t have time for the gym :(
